At Inspired Generations, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, provided you have proof of purchase, such as your online order number or packing slip. Please note that we can only accept returns for items purchased directly from InspiredGenerations.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for products bought from independent retailers or other third-party sources.
Returning Gifts If you received a gift purchased from InspiredGenerations.com and wish to return or exchange it, we are happy to offer store credit (excluding shipping costs). Kindly include the name, order number and address of the gift giver with your return to facilitate the process.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned with all original components and packaging. If your item was damaged upon receipt, please provide evidence of the damage when making your return. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to wear and tear.
Ineligible Items Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Special orders
Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on return eligibility and your preference.
