Product Care

Are your products food safe?
Our products are intended for decorative and serving use. While they may come into contact with food, they are not designed for food preparation or cooking.

Are your products dishwasher safe?
No. Our products are not dishwasher safe. We recommend handwashing with warm, soapy water using a soft cloth.

Are your products microwave safe?
No. Our products are not microwave or oven safe. Exposure to heat may cause damage or discoloration.

How should I care for my product?
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and direct sunlight or heat sources. For minor scratches, an acrylic scratch remover may be used. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Shipping

What shipping options are available?
We currently ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada at this time.

What if my package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please first confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

If the address is correct and the package is still missing, reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help open a claim.

Returns

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, such as your order number or packing slip.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from InspiredGenerations.com. We’re unable to accept returns for items purchased from independent retailers or other third-party sellers.

Who pays for return shipping?
For undamaged items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return a gift?
Yes. If you received a gift purchased from InspiredGenerations.com, we’re happy to offer store credit (excluding shipping costs).

Please include the gift giver’s name, order number, and address with your return to help us process it smoothly.

What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • All original components and packaging must be included

  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

What if my item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may ask that the item be:

  • Returned to us at no cost, or

  • Safely discarded

Our team will guide you through the next steps to make things right.

What items are not eligible for return?
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Special order items

How are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on return eligibility and your preference.
